For the week of January 28:
Rough draft one is due Monday and two is due Wednesday for 7th and 8th periods.
Rough draft two is due Tuesday for 1st period. All classes will start Episode 5 sometime this week :)
For the week of December 10:
Both classes will present the Causes of Anakin's Turn to the Dark Side information on either Wednesday (1st period) or Thursday (7th and 8th periods). The exam essay is due the following week!
For the Week of November 12:
Both classes will have prewriting due plus a rough draft before the end of the week. First period, rough draft 1 is due Thursday; 7th and 8th periods, your rough draft 1 is due on Friday. The second rough draft is due after Thanksgiving break--look at your syllabus!
For the week of October 1:
Both classes need to read "I Want a Wife" and "The Wife-Beater" in the Patterns book for class (Tuesday for 1st period and Wednesday for 7th and 8th). Both classes will do an in-class essay defining/illustrating the word "faith" --1st period will do this on Tuesday, and 7th and 8th periods will do this on Wednesday.
For the Week of September 24:
1st Period: DLP quiz Monday, more Star Wars Episode 2, begin work on definition writing, final comparison/contrast essay due on Friday, in-class essay on 10/2
7th and 8th Periods: DLP quiz on Tuesday, more Star Wars Episode 2, compare/contrast rough draft due Tuesday, comparison/contrast essay due Monday, 10/1, in-class essay on 10/3
1st Period: Prewriting and outline are due Wednesday for the comparison/contrast essay.
7th and 8th period: prewriting and outline are due Thursday.
